The Home Health Office Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for effectively coordinating and maintaining staff and client schedules, ensuring all client needs are met daily. Assist management staff in day-to-day staffing and other clerical support services. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for accepting incoming calls for new referrals for clinical services provided to home care patients within the assigned geographical areas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior home health agency and medical scheduling experience required
- Prior home health agency and medical intake experience required
- Microsoft Office and scheduling software computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Salary : $30
