HomeEase — Professional House Cleaner (Winter Park / Lake Nona)

Join a luxury home care team that leaves Orlando's most beautiful homes spotless and calm. As a Cleaner, you'll handle premium deep cleaning to a clear standard — no organizing or folding; that's our stylists' work.

This is a W-2 position — officially employed, taxes and insurance handled by us. Not cash, not 1099.

WHAT WE CAN PROMISE

- $24/hour from day one · $26 at 6 months · $28 at 1 year

- Minimum 3 hours paid per visit, even if the job finishes early

- Fixed days every week — we agree on your days when you're hired, and we keep them

- Mileage between client homes reimbursed at the IRS rate — any vehicle, including electric

- You may keep another job — we build the schedule around your fixed days

- Paid working trial: 2–3 hours at $24/hour, paid whether or not we hire you

- Uniform, all equipment and cleaning products provided

- Weekdays only, no nights

- After 30 days: team tip pool, and the HomeEase Kept wellness program — $200/quarter toward spa, hair and self-care

BEING HONEST WITH YOU

We are a brand-new team just launching. We are starting with a few visits per week and growing from there — so this is real, well-paid part-time work, not 40 hours from tomorrow. If you're looking for a steady second job, or hours that fit between school drop-off and pickup, this is a good fit. Your pay rate does not change after the first 30 days — it is full rate from your first hour.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Deep-clean floors, surfaces and baseboards to a premium standard

- Kitchens: sinks, stovetops, ovens, exterior of refrigerators

- Bathrooms: toilets, showers, mirrors, fixtures

- Dust all surfaces and clean interior windows

- Work from our checklist and leave a calm, cared-for finish

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Thoroughness, physical stamina and reliability

- Experience cleaning private homes, hotels or vacation rentals is a plus

- Conversational English is enough

- Valid driver's license, reliable car, and US work authorization (we complete I-9)

- An aesthetic eye is not required for this role

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

A short 15-minute phone call, then the paid working trial.

Serving Winter Park, Lake Nona, Windermere and Baldwin Park.
