Attorney (Part-Time)

Description

This position provides part-time legal support to FKA on an as-needed basis and operates under the direction and supervision of the Legal Manager. Responsibilities may vary depending on business needs and the individual's experience level.

Position Requirements

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Reviewing contracts and agreements that are currently in place or under consideration and providing preliminary legal feedback under supervision.
• Assisting with the drafting, review, and revision of standard legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Conducting legal research related to company initiatives, operations, compliance matters, or other business issues as assigned.
• Assisting with legal department administrative and organizational tasks, including document management and tracking.
• Supporting the Legal Manager with special projects and ad hoc legal or research assignments as needed.
  
  

This is a part-time position intended to support business needs while providing professional development and on-the-job learning. Scope of responsibilities may evolve over time based on business requirements and experience.
