What are the responsibilities and job description for the Police Officer Entry/Lateral position at Homedale Police Department?
Entry Level/ Lateral Transfer Police Officer. This is a full time position with immediate opening. All applicants are required to be at least 21 years old and have a valid Idaho Drivers license or ability to obtain. All applicants must possess a High School diploma or equivalent GED at the time of application. A Criminal background check will be conducted, and no application will be considered if there are any convictions for drug related offenses or crimes of violence. Applications must be picked up at Homedale City Hall, located at 31 W. Wyoming Ave, Homedale ID 83628.
A testing date will be determined, where all successful applicants will be required to take and pass a written examination and a physical agility test. Successful applicants will then be interviewed for further screening.
