Summary
We are seeking to add an Office Coordinator to join our compassionate team at Homecare RN Inc. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks and serving as the central point of communication between staff, vendors, and visitors. This role supports both our office efficiency and team productivity through organization, communication, and resource management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of administrative, office, or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate office needs.
- Bilingual preferred!
- Must have driver's license
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate $24.00
