Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of those in their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing health conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medical records, treatments, and resident progress.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN).
- Proven experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
