Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and maintain caregiver and client schedules.
- Coordinate shift coverage, changes, and call-outs efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
- Ensure schedules meet client care needs and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using scheduling software and office systems. Assist with onboarding schedules for new caregivers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous scheduling experience required (home care or healthcare preferred).
