We are seeking a dedicated RCFE House Manager to oversee daily operations within our residential care home. This role is ideal for a true leader who can champion a team, set the tone for professionalism, and support a positive and respectful work environment.The House Manager will help ensure the home runs smoothly, staff maintain high standards of professionalism and work decorum, and residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and champion a team of caregivers, fostering accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.Promote and maintain strong workplace standards, including professionalism and work decorum.Oversee daily household operations to ensure the home is organized, clean, and running smoothly.Coordinate grocery orders and household supplies to ensure the home is properly stocked.Support quality care by ensuring residents’ needs are met in a safe, respectful environment.Maintain communication with leadership regarding home operations, needs, or concerns.QualificationsExperience working in an RCFE, assisted living, or senior care setting preferred.Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of RCFE regulations is a plus.Compassionate, dependable, and able to lead by example.
