Job Summary
Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Allison Park, PA:
- Monday - Saturday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) - client is flexible with the days and times. willing to work with the caregiver's schedule - in need of care ASAP.
Client Diagnosis: Vision Impairment, Huntington's Disease, Bi-Polar, Dizziness
NOTE: Client has 1 cat
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Cooking and Light Housekeeping
- Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
- Grocery Shopping
- Companionship
- Range of Motion Exercises
- Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
- Driving to Appointments and Errands
- Walking and Transfer Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- ADL's
- Ambulation
- Change Depends
- Transportation - DOES NOT need vehicle (client has a vehicle the caregiver can use) but DOES NEED valid driver's license to run errands and possibly take client to doctors appts.
Caregiver Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience
- 2 Step TB Test
- Pass Criminal Background Checks
- Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
- Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)
Benefits and Perks
- Sign on Bonus - $500
- Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200
- Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
- Health Insurance: Full time ONLY (ask details)
