This is a vital role within our agency, combining client service, caregiver coordination, and administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling of non-medical home care services
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and case managers
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to client needs, concerns, and changes in condition
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
- Support staff and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or care management preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
