What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door-to-Door Canvasser position at HomeBeam Outdoor Lighting?
HomeBeam Outdoor Lighting is hiring a motivated person to distribute door hangers throughout upscale neighborhoods in the Lehigh Valley from now until end of November.
This is a simple but important role. You'll be the first impression of our company, helping introduce homeowners to our premium outdoor lighting services.
What You'll Do
- Walk residential neighborhoods and hang door hangers on homes.
- Follow assigned routes using a map.
- Track the number of homes completed each day.
- Represent HomeBeam professionally while working independently.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable walking several miles each shift
- Able to work outdoors in warm weather
- Self-motivated with little supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule
This is one of the most flexible jobs you'll find.
- You choose your own days and hours.
- Work whenever it fits your schedule—morning, afternoon, or evening (during appropriate neighborhood hours).
- No set shifts or weekends required unless you choose to work them.
- The only expectation is consistency. Team members are expected to distribute at least 500 door hangers per week, and maintain that pace throughout the season.

Pay
$18 - 20 per hour
Performance bonuses and additional hours may be available for dependable team members.
