Housekeeping Supervisor:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our commitment to impeccable cleanliness standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Conducting regular inspections to guarantee guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards.
• Providing leadership and support to housekeeping staff, including training and development.
• Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment.
• Upholding a high level of attention to detail to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and housekeeping team management skills.
• High attention to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Works well with other departments and promotes a positive work environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role is required.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
