Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing accounts, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) relationships.
  • Lead outside sales efforts by actively seeking new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Manage key accounts with a focus on building long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote hotel amenities and services to diverse customer segments.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data trends, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Oversee the training and management of the sales team, fostering a high-performance environment centered on achievement and customer service excellence.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or hotel management roles with a focus on business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward common goals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a strategic mindset for deal-making and closing high-value contracts.
  • Proficiency in marketing principles and techniques to craft compelling promotional campaigns.
  • Familiarity with technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
