Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to presentation, quality, and food safety sanitizing procedures
- Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to strict food safety management standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and other small appliances
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling dishes, portioning ingredients, and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices during every shift
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Background in food preparation, serving, or hospitality roles demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and understanding of food safety sanitizing procedures is preferred
- A background in the food industry combined with culinary experience will help you excel in this role
