This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations while actively supporting the team on the floor.

What You'll Do
- Assign daily room boards and manage staff scheduling
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met
- Supervise housekeeping team members, including room attendants, laundry staff, and housemen
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Ensure efficient operations and high-quality cleanliness standards
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hilton brand standards
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- Help create a comfortable, welcoming environment for guests
