YOUR DAY AS AN EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
As an Executive Housekeeper, your primary focus is to ensure all hotel guest rooms are cleaned to perfection and contain all required amenities. You exemplify our hospitality-driven culture as you ensure that each guest feels at home during their stay.
In addition to overseeing guest rooms, you diligently monitor the laundry area and are responsible for training housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques to ensure a safe work environment. To maintain efficiency, you schedule housekeeping staff weekly, assign rooms daily for cleaning, and carefully manage inventory for in-room and operational supplies. You conduct quarterly linen inventory to ensure everything is in check and collaborate closely with the front desk to ensure each room's status is up-to-date.
You're accountable for maintaining accurate lost and found records and inventory, striving to return any items to guests whenever possible. Your unwavering dedication to this role and your commitment to leading our hotel housekeeping team to greatness is a source of immense satisfaction for you!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Hilton's ONQ system
- Experience as a cleaning supervisor or executive housekeeper
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
Bilingual speaking abilities are preferred but not required. Can you inspire and motivate others to put forth their best effort?
