This is a great opportunity to use your maintenance and repair skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused hotel environment.
Pay: $16–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Typically Friday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Monday shifts as needed)

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our hotel is safe, clean, and fully operational for guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complete daily maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, equipment, and common areas
- Monitor and maintain pool temperature and chemical levels to meet health standards
- Maintain exterior grounds, landscaping, and walkways (including seasonal upkeep)
- Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests

- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
