We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to join our winning team in Lake Worth, TX!
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action, supporting the team, solving problems, and helping create an exceptional guest experience every day.
Our Operations Manager is involved in all areas of the hotel, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and overall property operations. Building strong relationships with team members and earning their trust quickly will be critical to success.
The ideal candidate is a positive, energetic leader who leads from the front, holds high standards, develops others, and creates a culture of teamwork, accountability, and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Set clear expectations and help ensure the team delivers strong results every day.
- Create memorable guest experiences while achieving hotel and Brand goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop strong team members.
- Jump in and support the team when staffing or operational challenges arise.
- Conduct regular property and guest room inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and Brand standards.
- Hold team members accountable while creating a positive and motivating work environment.
- Partner closely with the General Manager to drive the overall success of the hotel.
- Perform additional duties as needed — because great hotel leaders do whatever it takes to get the job done.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel operations or leadership experience.
- Experience with a premium hotel brand such as Hilton, Marriott, or IHG is strongly preferred.
- A true hospitality mindset and passion for taking care of guests and team members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high operational standards.
- A team-first attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
