Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or similar hospitality settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other industrial cleaning tools
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining quality standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and custodial best practices is advantageous
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
