Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and a welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly preferred
