Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Follow safety procedures related to industrial cleaning and custodial work
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to hospitality and janitorial standards
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Experience with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Background in hospitality or housecleaning management can be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential qualities
