Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks.
- Handle floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality.
- Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial tasks ensures efficiency in daily duties.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest service through attention to detail.
