Role Description
This full-time, on-site Front Desk Representative role is based in Elizabethtown, KY. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries. The role also includes maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction, assisting with customer service needs, and supporting daily front desk operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls professionally
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations
- Excellent Customer Service and ability to address guest needs proactively
- Proficiency in Reservations management and booking systems
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus
