Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, floor care, and janitorial tasks, to maintain impeccable standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely replenishment.
- Implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows to optimize productivity while maintaining high-quality results.
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service.
- Enforce safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and custodial work to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial roles with a focus on hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to uphold cleanliness standards consistently.
