Home2 Suites by Hilton & Tru by Hilton – Madison East is seeking an energetic, service-driven, and motivated Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at the newly opened dual-branded Home2 Suites by Hilton & Tru by Hilton Madison East.

As Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to build a winning culture, develop an exceptional team, and create memorable guest experiences while helping establish the hotel as the market leader.

What You'll Do
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop associates while fostering a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and recognition.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining Hilton brand standards and resolving guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new associates.
- Monitor labor productivity, payroll, scheduling, and departmental performance.
- Help drive financial performance by managing expenses, improving efficiencies, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Analyze operational and guest satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Serve as Manager on Duty and provide visible leadership throughout the hotel.
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel leadership experience as an Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Hilton experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for coaching, developing people, and creating high-performing teams.
- Financial acumen with an understanding of labor management, forecasting, and operational performance.
- A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
