Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while handling food items.
- Assist guests by answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to management.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
