Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and minor repairs.
Duties
- Perform carpet and tile cleaning.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning on hotel room air conditioners.
- Perform a variety of different jobs as instructed including lifting, painting caulking, and more
Requirements
- Prior hotel maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
