Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Prepare and serve basic meals or snacks as needed, utilizing cooking skills to assist with guest or resident needs.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment; manage waste disposal and disinfect high-touch areas regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels need replenishing to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably during cleaning routines.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach to interacting with residents or guests.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management tools or systems is a plus; experience in hotel housekeeping is especially advantageous.
• Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks; attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards is essential.
