Be the friendly face of Home2 Suites by Hilton! We’re looking for an energetic and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll create memorable experiences and help ensure smooth, welcoming stays.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and questions
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and daily activities
- Communicate guest requests and special needs to the appropriate departments
- Process wake-up calls and handle “walked” or overbooked guests when needed
- Support housekeeping by resolving room status discrepancies
- Cross-train with Food & Beverage operations to assist as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Previous experience with PEP PMS system a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stay professional and friendly under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including overnight audit shifts (11pm–7am)
