As our next Night Auditor, you’ll balance guest service and operational excellence during overnight hours. You’ll ensure each day ends smoothly and begins right, supporting guests, auditing financials, and maintaining a safe and secure environment while representing the heart of KAJ’s culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Empathy: Greet and assist guests with care, ensuring late-night needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
- Take Care of People: Balance daily financial reports and maintain accuracy while delivering excellent guest service.
- Include Others: Work collaboratively with all departments and communicate clearly to ensure smooth morning transitions.
- Inspire to Succeed: Serve as the overnight leader, solving problems independently and keeping operations on track.
- Overcome Obstacles: Handle unexpected challenges calmly, ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests and teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred, but not required, we’ll train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math/accounting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently overnight.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
