Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Utilize phone systems to manage reservations and communicate with other departments effectively.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest needs promptly.
- Assist in training new front desk staff members as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management software or property management systems is an advantage.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests.
