Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, assembling, or replenishing items as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays
- Handle manual tasks such as weight handling for food supplies and processing cash transactions at the breakfast service area
- Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Skills
