Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven General Manager to lead our Home2 Suites by Hilton. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, maintaining Hilton brand standards, and leading a strong, positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Breakfast, and Sales
- Drive revenue, occupancy, and overall financial performance
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and QA requirements
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and expenses
- Conduct property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Build relationships with local businesses and support sales efforts
- Submit required reports and maintain communication with ownership/management
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel General Manager experience required (Hilton preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of hotel financials, revenue management, and operations
- Experience with Hilton systems (OnQ/PEP/SALT) preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
