Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Breakfast Attendant at our welcoming hotel! Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs in a courteous and professional manner
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot and cold offerings, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Hours are 5:30 AM - 12:00 PM (ending hours may vary depending on schedule)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Monitor food safety practices by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations
- Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth service flow
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests with a positive attitude
- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service, including arranging food displays and cleaning equipment
Experience
- Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred, especially within hotel or restaurant settings
- Experience with fine dining or banquet service can be advantageous for maintaining high standards of presentation and guest interaction
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and dietary considerations enhances your ability to serve guests effectively
- Barista experience or catering background can be valuable for preparing specialty beverages or managing diverse food offerings
- Strong customer service skills are essential to create a welcoming environment for all guests
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience helps ensure you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
