Nanny / Family Assistant- Franklin, MA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and caring Nanny / Family Assistant in Franklin, MA to support our family during weekday afternoons!
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 25
Children:
Two children, ages 4 and 6
Compensation:
$30–$32 per hour
Benefits:
1 week paid vacation
1 paid sick day
1 paid personal day
3 paid major holidays
Childcare Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with two children
Assist with after-school routines
Plan fun, age-appropriate activities
Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
Family Assistant Responsibilities:
Family laundry
Light household organization and tidying
Helping keep the home running smoothly
General household support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 professional references
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
