Home Visiting Physicians, LLC, one of the leading organizations specializing in house calls for geriatric and disabled patients, is seeking a doctor to provide at-home primary care. Job Responsibilities: • Assess complex individuals using a range of diagnostic methods, while actively promoting preventive care and early intervention. • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, nurses, other providers and vendors as necessary to ensure proper diagnoses and treatment. • Complete all required documentation of each patient visit thoroughly and in accordance with Home Visiting Physicians procedure, including signing all care plans, nursing orders, medical equipment orders, and other necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school, with completion of required internship/residency
- Current State medical license
- Current Federal DEA license
