Duties
- Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production requirements
- Operate embroidery machinery with consistency and accuracy throughout production runs
- Monitor machines during operation and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products for stitch quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with loading fabric onto machines and unloading completed items
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience operating an embroidery machine is required
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of embroidery machine operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under deadlines
