We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
Skills
- Experience in resort or hotel management is preferred.
