Home Town Roofing is looking for hungry, driven sales professionals who want an opportunity where their income is directly tied to their performance. This isn't a clock-in, clock-out job. COMPENSATION
10% COMMISSION BONUSES
Our sales representatives earn a 10% commission scale, with additional performance-based bonuses available for salespeople who produce. The more you sell, the more you earn.
$200,000 IN SALES = DEDUCTIBLE SPLIT ELIGIBILITY
Once you reach $200,000 in sales, you become eligible for deductible splits, giving high-performing sales representatives another opportunity to increase their earnings.
We reward production. We want our salespeople to have a clear path to making significantly more money as they grow their production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect for new business through door knocking, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Meet with homeowners and identify roofing opportunities.
- Build trust and educate customers on their roofing options.
- Run the sales process from the first conversation through project approval.
- Schedule inspections and appointments.
- Follow up consistently and turn opportunities into sales.
- Build your own customer and referral network.
- Work alongside the Home Town Roofing team to deliver a great customer experience.
