Job Summary
Home Town Lawn Care ORCO LLC is a local small business that was founded in 2022. We are looking forward to growing our team and are searching for a dedicated and hard-working team member.
A Lawn & Landscape Technician will assist with lawn maintenance routes and landscaping projects throughout the week. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position; every day brings different challenges, opportunities to learn new skills, and a sense of accomplishment from the work completed.
We work in the heat, cold, and inclement weather.
Schedule fluctuates based on weather and work available
- Currently looking for someone who can work fulltime Monday-Friday with possible weekends for our mowing route
- 4 10 hour days
- 5 8 hour days
Duties
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
- Operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment, including blowers, trimmers, mowers, compact equipment, and trailers
- Assist with landscape installation projects, including mulch, stone, plants, and grading
- Work efficiently with a team to complete projects in a professional and timely manner while maintaining quality
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with customers as needed
Requirements
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related work is preferred.
- Ability to operate various tools such as hand tools, power tools, excavators, and snow plows safely and efficiently is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
- Attendance reliability, strong time management skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are a must
- Effective communication with supervisors on availability and questions.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is required
- Valid driver’s license
- 18 and older
Pay: $20.00 starting
