Home Town Health Care Home Health Agency is growing, and we’re looking to expand our outreach efforts with the addition of a Marketing Specialist. This position serves as a liaison and vital link between our agency, referral sources, and the communities we serve.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, positive, and driven individual to represent Home Town Health Care in the Emporia service area, including Lyon and surrounding counties. While healthcare experience is preferred, it is not required—we’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources on a regular basis
- Promote agency services to healthcare providers and the public
- Create marketing materials, including flyers and social media posts
- Support and maintain the agency’s overall patient and marketing goals
- Professionally represent Home Town at community and professional events
