Your role as a Member Services Representative
As a full-time Operations Specialist at HomeTown Credit Union, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our credit union, focusing on compliance, security, and daily functions. Your responsibilities will include processingmonitoring electronic products such as bill pay, mobile deposit, and wire transfers. You will conduct audits, investigations related to fraud, reporting, and assist internal staff with members' issues regarding account and transaction inquiries.
Moreover, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the Credit Union's brand and image by consistently conducting yourself in a friendly, positive manner that reflects our core values of integrity and excellence.
