Home To Stay is seeking a dependable and compassionate CHHA to assist a veteran in their home in Edgewater Park, NJ. This VA case focuses on providing personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and companionship in a home setting.

Important: All services must be provided inside the veteran’s home. The veteran must be present in the home while the CHHA is providing services.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with daily routines according to the client’s care plan
• Documentation of care provided per care plan
• Providing services exclusively in the veteran’s home
  
  
  

Requirements

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's home
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Must understand that transportation, errands, and shopping are not part of this case
• Must provide services only while the veteran is present in the home
