What You'll Do
- Assist with daily living tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety supervision
- Medication reminders (no admin)
- Assist with ambulation, mobility, and safe transfers
- Report condition changes to the care team REQUIREMENTS
- Active NJ CHHA license
- 3 year of paid caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and support client mobility
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
- Starting at $19/hour, up to $30/hour based on case and shift
- Same-day pay option (get paid after your first shift!)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Holiday pay (1.5x)
- Caregiver referral bonus
- Work 15 to 40 hours/week — you choose
- Day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts available
- Consistent client assignments and set schedules
- Part-time, full-time, and per diem positions
