Working with @Home Therapy gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work in only the areas you choose to. Along with our competitive fee for service rates, we offer sign on bonuses and out-of-area bonuses (for select roles). What You'll Do
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
- Design individualized treatment plans based on each patient's functional goals.
- Address limitations affecting self-care, mobility, and everyday activities.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and safety strategies that support independent living.
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on techniques that promote long-term success.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Complete timely electronic documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency guidelines.
- Competitive pay of $70–$80 per completed visit.
- Choose the days, hours, and geographic area that fit your lifestyle.
- Build your caseload at your preferred pace.
- Administrative support for referrals and coordination.
- User-friendly electronic documentation system.
- Referral bonus program for therapist referrals.
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist license.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.
- Experience with adult or geriatric patients is preferred but not required.
- Home health experience is welcomed but not necessary.
