Home Theme Orlando is looking to expand our incredibly talented team of Finish Carpenters/Installers.
You know those crazy Airbnb's near Disney with super immersive theming, rooms with slides, ball pits, and arcades? That's us!
We create incredible Airbnb experiences for guests, and make memories for families staying here in central florida.
Are you a very talented FINISH carpenter, with installation experience, looking for the coolest job you've ever had, or ever will?
We are tripling in size and are looking for FINISH CARPENTERS/INSTALLERS to work in our fully equipped shop, then install themed beds, scenic props, and other elements such as slides, climbing walls and ball pits on-site as a finished product.
Responsibilities Include:
- Fabricating custom themed rooms from start to finish
- Priming/base coating scenery
- Maintaining shop and shop equipment
- Delivering and installing scenery elements
Requirements:
- 10 years Finish Carpentry experience
- 10 years custom woodworking experience
Knowledge/Experience with:
- Able to read technical drawings
- Proficient with use of industrial shop machinery
- Proficient with use of handheld power tools
- Able to drive large box truck
- Able to lift 100lbs
- Knowledge of paint sprayers a plus
- NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN PACK OUT TOOLS
- NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN CAR/TRUCK TO COME TO WORK AND GO ON SITE (10-15 MIN DRIVE FROM SHOP TO SITES)

A majority of the homes we theme are located in Kissimmee/Davenport, close to Disney. The fabrication shop, design studio and office is located in Reunion near Disney.
