About Us
Home Theatre Concepts is the Peoria-Bloomington area’s premiere custom electronics business. We design and install high-end home theaters, audio, video, and smart home systems.
We’re seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support sales, and ensure a professional customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, and eager to help a growing company succeed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a professional in-store experience
- Support sales with scheduling, quotes, and follow-up
- Oversee store operations including purchasing, scheduling, and inventory
- Coordinate paperwork and communication with installation staff
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and vendor management
- Contribute to marketing and social media presence
- Lead by example, setting goals and ensuring accountability
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in customer service, retail management, or operations management (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Comfort with bookkeeping and office software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office)
- Interest in audio/video/smart home technology a plus
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently
Schedule
- Approximately 42.5 hours per week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with 30-minute on-site lunch)
- Occasional Saturdays only if the part-time staff member or owner is unavailable
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours during project deadlines
