As a Server, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable dining experience for every guest. Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, you'll help set the stage by preparing both the dining room and back-of-house areas for smooth service. Your attention to detail, friendly attitude, and knowledge of the menu will ensure guests feel taken care of from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch service with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Set and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
- Welcome guests and anticipate their needs throughout the dining experience
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Stay sharp with in-depth knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings
- Restock and maintain cleanliness of all service areas
- Step in wherever needed to support the team
- Take ownership of guest satisfaction and go above and beyond when needed
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of table service experience (preferred)
- A team-first mindset and strong organizational skills
- Great communication skills with a friendly, engaging personality
- A polished, professional appearance and a sense of discretion
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 100% of the shift
- Comfortable communicating with guests and answering phones (90%)
- Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping (75%)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs (e.g., highchairs, trays) multiple times per shift over medium distances
