Position Summary
The Senior Appliance Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential appliances while mentoring junior technicians and delivering outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys problem-solving, leadership, and working in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances (refrigeration, laundry, cooking, dishwashers, etc.)
- Provide accurate troubleshooting and professional in-home service
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
- Maintain service documentation and parts usage records
- Represent the company’s values and professionalism in every interaction
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 5 years of appliance repair experience (senior-level expertise)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
