Schedule Options

• Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday – Day Shift (12 hours) or Night Shift (12 hours)
• Enjoy Monday–Thursday off every week
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
• 24-hour shifts may also be available
• Overtime opportunities available

Job Responsibilities

As a Baylor Caregiver, you’ll play a key role in helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing simple, nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes, vacuuming, etc.)
• Medication reminders (as directed)
• Communicating changes in client condition to supervisors
• Maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Supporting clients with independence and dignity

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification preferred, but not required – we provide training!
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a caring personality
